It was another cardio workout... my faaaavvvveee 🙄🙄🙄 but, ya know what?!?! It actually didn’t feel too bad today! I only had to modify a handful of moves, so I am marking that down in the #NSV category. •
I had a off day with my foods and had a GNARLY sweet tooth. It was bad you guys. I gave in at least 4 different times. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Not too long ago, indulging in those sweets would have been enough of to send me down the rabbit hole of feeling guilty about “cheating” on my nutrition plan. I would have thrown my hands in the air and said “what’s the point?” and completely fallen off the wagon.

Today though? Today was different. I ate what I ate, my tummy rebelled for a second, and I moved on with my day. LIFE HAPPENS! This mentality is what makes it a #lifestyle rather than a #diet. Diets are a change/restriction in eating habits for a finite amount of time. LIFESTYLE means for life... you learn as you go... you learn what works for you. When life happens, you learn to roll with it. •
So, I challenge you to shift your focus from the negative actions that happen in life to the positive lessons you learn and the choices you make through the day. I did 60 min of an incline fast pace walk with a 10-15 min jog at the end... I dont think I've ever sweat this much from cardio. DAMN!! pretty pumped to pick up my new sweetsweat tomorrow with the stick & my new supplements! Thank you #supplementkingoshawa for having the best product and selection!

I can't wait!! 8 weeks til my BBF / twisted sister takes the stage (I pretty proud and cant wait to join her next year!!) BIG GOALS GUYS... BIG FUCKING GOALS!
