De mis favoritos. Esta receta es muy fácil y práctica de hacer. Sirve para un desayuno o un snack.
Ingredientes: 
1 taza de agua hervida 
1 taza de harina de maíz 
100g de queso fresco (campesino o cuajada)
1 pizca de sal al gusto .

Preparación 👀 
En un recipiente agrega la harina, el queso previamente rayado y la sal. Poco a poco ve agregando el agua hirviendo a medida que la mezcla se vaya humedeciendo con ayuda de una cuchara 🥄 ve mezclando,  dejar reposar un poco la mezcla y amasa con las manos. 🖐 🤚 hasta que se forme una masa suave. Previamente debes tener un sartén calentando a fuego 🔥 medio. .

Y ahora viene lo mejor forma bolitas de harina y con tus manos ve dándole la forma redonda que quieres, yo prefiero hacerlas de un tamaño pequeño, ahora las ponemos a asar en el sartén, aproximadamente por 3 minutos por lado y lado que queden doraditas y listo a disfrutar. Del tamaño pequeño que pesa aproximadamente 30-40g puedes consumir 2 unidades sin problema. 😋
Es una receta tan fácil que hasta tus hijos te pueden ayudar a hacerla.

From season premiere to finale, I will be sharing one #got themed recipe per week! Get hype, y’all! By the end of it, you will host the greatest party ever #throne! This dish has officially been renamed Hot Pie’s Hand Pies! 🥧Ingredients for pies: 1 box puff pastry sheets (2 sheets), 4 ounces cream cheese, 1 tablespoon pecans, 1 egg for egg wash. 🥧Ingredients for blueberry chia jam: 3 cups blueberries, ⅓ cup maple syrup, ¼ cup chia seeds, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 🥧Thaw your pastry sheets if they’re in the freezer. 🥧In a saucepan, simmer blueberries with maple syrup on medium-low heat. 🥧When bubbling, mash just a little (leave some berries intact!). 🥧Add in the chia seeds and stir continuously until the mixture thickens to a jam consistency. 🥧Remove from heat, add the vanilla extract, and stir well. 🥧Your pastry sheets should be ready by now — cut each sheet into 4 equal parts. 🥧Place a small wedge of cream cheese, some pecans, and a heaping tablespoon of the blueberry chia jam on one side. 🥧Fold the pastry closed and press the edges sealed. 🥧Using a fork, form sealing ridges all around. 🥧Beat the egg and brush on top of the pastry. 🥧Bake at 400F for 15-18 minutes and voilà!
