Introducing the vegan Spring Quinoa Salad! We made it using white quinoa, cucumber, local cherry tomatoes, mint, parsley, thyme, lemon juice, olive oil, red onion, roasted shallots, salt, and pepper.
While we adore the French Quarter, we encourage our guests to get out there and explore. Coming to New a Orleans without visiting the live oaks in City Park would be like going to California without seeing the redwoods.
