Stiti ce mi-a ”placut” mie mereu la Instagram? Toata lumea are poze fancy cu mancare, stau si gatesc, se pregatesc etc., de parca ne-am fi nascut cu totii chefs.
Ei bine, mancarea mea de zi cu zi arata cam cum vedeti mai sus. 👉 ton din conserva - 150 grame
👉 legume mexicane congelate trase in tigaie cu baza de mancare (Mirodenia, Delikat, Belsug, depinde de chef) - vreo 250 grame +/- Incerc ca fructele sa mi le introduc de dimineata in alimentatie, pentru un boost de energie - in porridge sau iaurt, depinde daca sunt pe proteina sau nu zilele respective.
La pranz legume cu niste proteina (in ultima perioada merg foarte mult pe salate + sosuri din iaurt si ton). Inainte mancam destul de mult somon, insa de vreo 2-3 luni nu-mi mai place gustul pur si simplu - prea gras, meh, e o perioada.
Iar la cina, fiind dupa sala cand sunt de obicei muncita bine, mananc un quark/cottage cheese de 250 grame. Daca am avut un antrenament mai intens, cu niste beef jerky sau protein bites/crips. Daca nu, cu niste fructe/cacao.
Si eventual daca trebuie sa imi refac muschii repede peste noapte, proteina/caseina inainte de culcare - in general caseina, pentru ca are digestie lenta.
Mesele nu trebuie sa fie ceva super mega fancy la care sa stai sa gatesti 30-40 minute, pentru ca e foarte mult. Mie pranzul asta mi-a luat 15 minute cu tot cu aruncat in farfurie. Si imi ofera tot ce am nevoie. Da, am si zile cand simt eu nevoia sa mi le pun frumos in farfurie. Dar majoritatea sunt chestii aruncate pe acolo, sa fie, mai ales cand sunt in mega contratimp cu viata.
Dar da, ma simt asa inutila si de pomana cand vad atatea poze frumoase pe care eu nu stiu sa le fac.
Insa, mancarea, bautura, viata etc. nu se traieste intr-o poza frumoasa de pe Instagram. Nici in 100. Ci se traieste in ceea ce ai in suflet si in viata de zi cu zi.
Yesterday i made some pretty amazing muffins. Some are blueberry banana flavoured and some are raspberry banana ones😋 Honestly, I love them💓 The process of cooking and baking without a recipe might seem like a lot but it is definitely fun and excited when it turns out to be delicious.
Also i wanted to talk about something: Workout because of a place of loving your body and not because you „have to earn“ those calories! A calorie is literally just a measurement and not important! Don’t just throw yourself into a workout because „you’ve eaten too much“, this isn’t how this whole thing is supposed to be.
