This one is called : I’ll be siting by the waterside. This one took a while to do as it’s really tricky trying to get all these complex colours to balance out. I like the smudged look of the paintwork on this. Once again I created this using procreate the digital art app. I am hoping to set up a website or Etsy page so I can sell these prints online (wish me luck)! 🍀

I would REALLY appreciate y'all commissioning me or at least sharing this post so more people see it.

“This one is inspired by unrelenting chronic pain and my korean heritage. When I’m experiencing chronic pain I visualize it as a blanket enveloping my entire body. The pain radiates head to toe in what feels like a body covered in bruises. This sentiment even applies to lamenting over the loss of my body due to my constantly progressing muscle wasting disorder; constantly enveloped.
Physical and emotional pain can visit anyone of us. This is how it feels. In these moments all that’s left to do is find beauty...somewhere. Anywhere. .
This looking to the light is difficult and requires painstaking focus, but it’s necessary in order to continue the tether that connects me to this world. Wear your pain when you need to, but don’t forget to keep searching. Keep going.” #kamdraws
