We don’t let ourselves have what we TRULY WANT because: ▶It disrupts our identity (negative self-perception)
▶It challenges our defenses (biological response to stay comfortable)
▶It causes anxiety
▶Stirs up guilt
▶We are forced to confront pain
I was caught for many years in the endless cycle of making excuses.
When I was caught in an excuse the other day I finally realized I was robbing myself of every stepping stone towards the life I want as a dancer.💃 It is our critical inner voice that becomes TRIGGERED as we start to take steps forward.
This is the biological response where we are hardwired to avoid discomfort at all costs.
It our soul that is CRYING OUT against biology.
We don’t need a “sign” to change our lives. Self-sabotage is our sign.
We ARE meant for greatness.
O dia para confraternizarmos a Páscoa já esta ai, e queremos desejar a vocês uma celebração de muito amor, fraternidade, carinho e esperança 🍀🐰
Que o Coelho nos traga muitas alegrias neste dia! .
Feliz Páscoa bailarinas 🐇 à você e toda sua família 💕
