Setting goals for yourself is a great motivator especially when it comes to working on your health and fitness 🏆

When I started this 6 week program my goal was to completely build back the strength in my left knee. If you’ve been following awhile you know I had knee surgery to remove cyst on my ACL 😖

It was a pretty easy surgery and luckily recovery was fairly quick but after surgery of any kind you muscle basically goes into shock and it takes awhile to build it back to fighting shape. 
On week 1 I could barely do the moves on the step let alone with the extra riser and now on week 6 I’m CRUSHING these moves ON the step & WITH a riser!!! So I would have to say GOAL REACHED 🥳

Sunday I’ll weigh in and take my measurements but as far as I’m concerned this has been a successful program 🙌🏻 Whatever your goals are I’m confident we can reach them together 👯‍♀️ so are you ready!? I mean what are you waiting for?? The right day? 
The right time? 
Well let me tell you nothings perfect and there will never be a perfect time ⏰
