SWIPE RIGHT!!! 😂😂😂😂😂
So Izzy has had a Rough day. I’m talking RUFF. First, mommy ran out of Isadora’s much needed leave in conditioner. Then we went out into the cold and wind and Izzy had no hat. And finally, @dibbypage gave me a much needed lymphatic drain massage, but it involves rocking the entire body and my poor hair was completely stuck between a rock (my head) and a hard place (the massage table). So when I stood up, needless to say... Isadora was a complete spazz case. Well, my niece @kathryn.page showed up and her Hair is named Yahudi. And Yahudi is like best friends with Isadora. And the two of them got to laughing and talking and while Isadora felt much better after, my poor baby sister’s hair couldn’t get a word in edge wise. #photobombing#isadoraismyhair#curlygurlzrock#isadoraandyahudi#curlygurlz#curlygurl#loveyourhair
Every day, deep down inside, I feel this need to be better. To DO better. Do you ever feel that way?
In the past, I thought that working on myself and trying to be the best at what I do was a form of selfishness or pride, ego. So I looked out for everyone but myself. But when I began Beachbody coaching, I suddenly realized that bettering myself was a form of love. In order to help people reach THEIR fitness goals, I had to show them what was possible.
You see, in order to be a good coach, I have to be the *example*. I have to get up each morning and do my workout, because I will be checking in with my team to see if THEY did their workout.
I have to encourage and recognize others on their journeys, because I want THEM to encourage and recognize others on their fitness journeys.
I have to eat healthy and do meal planning, because I’m encouraging all of my friends and family they THEY need to eat healthy and do meal planning.
These were just a small fraction of the ways that becoming a Beachbody Coach has made my life and my health better.
But the biggest reason that coaching has changed my life is because it has given me a SAFE and SUPPORTIVE structure to do that. In the past, when I would try to be a better person, I became a “target”. I became the person others aimed for... to shoot down.
Now, the team I’m part of is always encouraging me, motivating me, HELPING me be and do more. My success is their success. And we ALL want to be getting better together.
So if you are like me, and you have this deep desire to BE and DO better. If you know that you’re not living up to your full potential and want to find an outlet to be your best self. If you’ve been trying for years to be a better mom, employee, athlete, student, etc; but instead have found yourself the target of vicious attacks by those who are fearful or jealous of your successes, then reach out to me. I am building a team. A team of women who want BETTER. Better bodies, better finances, better energy, better lives. And they want to do it in a place where it’s SAFE to be better. Where they have the support they need.
