Flex Friday means arms 💪🏻
I’m back to training arms once a week and here are a couple of my favorites
1️⃣ “out-in-together” curls- I love these because I love any kind of superset/triset to speed up a work out and you’re getting your biceps from all different angels 🙌🏻
2️⃣ Crab curls- stole these from josh bowmar and getting in the right position and making sure your knuckles stay together is tricky (esp with broken equipment 🙄) but this was my fourth set and I was shaking!
Tonight was filmed by @realgiopena with both kids and he did great even with all my demands 😂

Ego can be a great and a terrible thing. I got a little ahead of myself this morning and went foe a rep PR I knew I couldn't hit (based on previous sets).
Being humble is never something I've had a problem with (if I do say so myself), but sometimes we get so hungry to progress and win and only have good days that we miss little details in the process.
Again, it seems like a small thing that I'm analyzing here, just a set of half-assed barbell curls, but I want to be positive that I never miss out on important details and the good timing of my decisions in my future.
Bulk or cut, cut or bulk?
Let me start by saying this, mentally, the idea of gaining weight on purpose scared me to death.
Over last few months, I did my first official, calculated, bulk and I cannot recommend it enough.
Ladies (and men) there is something freaking cool about eating a ton of food and watching your body get stronger.
So how did I decide I was ready to put on some muscle and the fat that would come with it?
Well, I was at an all time low weight (due to autoimmune issues) and decided I wanted to get some more muscle on this body.
Plus, I might try to do a powerlifting meet later this year. 🤷🏼♀️ If you’re unsure of when to bulk or cut, follow the link in my bio for some more information on how to decide and how to come up with a plan!
