🙋 Need your advanced dancers to keep improving jump height and endurance?The Running Man Burpee is a great place to start. 
Bonus points if you say "DING" when jumping like a video game character. .
. ▪️Begin in a standing position.
▪️Lower your body into a squat position
▪️Place your hands on the floor and shoot feet back into a plank / push up position.
▪️Tuck your knees back to original squat position
▪️From the squat position JUMP into the air in a running position with right leg and left arm forward
▪️LAND in a standing position with soft knees
▪️This is one rep ✏️ Reps and Mods ▪️Repeat 5 – 8 times on each leg

▪️Sit-Up Mountain Climber works your dancer's core, hip flexors and upper body. PLUS your dancers have to work together, making this a class time favorite. ✏️ reps and mods
▪️One partner lays on their back with their knees bent and feet flat on the floor ready to do a sit up.
▪️The other partner planks at their feet, supporting their hands ON the partners feet. ▪️The partner on the ground crosses their arms over their chest and does as many sit ups as they can for 30 seconds.
▪️The planking partner alternates tucking one knee in and then the other to execute a mountain climber.
