9 burpee box jump over
6 DB thruster (2x 15kg) -4 mins rest-
Into 3 rounds for time (5 min cap)
10 cal assault bike
5 DB push jerk (2x15kg)
A bit of Monday motivation got me thinking back to the lean bean days 🤔💭(October last year) when I was super shredded and super fit in Bali.

Making light look like heavier since 2015, my all time fav workout when i step to bulk up extra pounds of 🥩. Need to be more careful on the overhead press technique these days since my shouder oftenly bring out some 🌶 post workout.

Certain things happen in our lives that we may or may not have control over, and puts us in a predicament, and sometimes it paralyzes us. We get used to a routine or we create a habit, but when it gets shaken, we don't know what to do. .
That's why I have such high respect for adaptives because they find ways to adapt to the circumstances and become stronger. .
My knee is acting up, and it's 8 days before the Crossfit Open, which is also the qualifier for The Fittest 2019. I'm supposed to be working out, and it's leg day today. Then I realized how Crossfit allows me to continuously work on myself regardless of my situation. I may not be able to use much of my legs, but I can definitely work on my upper body strength. And I realized that it's also a great opportunity to work on my handstands!
If I can't use my legs, I'd like to learn how to walk with my hands. 😉
Do not let certain limitations stop you from doing amazing things. Get creative. Think outside of the box. The world is at your disposal. Live it. Enjoy it. .
