Ingredients:⠀
-2 Tbsp. olive oil⠀
-2 lbs. cooked ground turkey⠀
-1 large onion, chopped⠀
-2 large bell peppers, chopped⠀
-2 cloves (or more!) minced garlic⠀
-2 cans diced tomatoes, no salt added (I use fire-roasted)⠀
-1 can  tomato paste, no sugar added⠀
-1 can tomato sauce ⠀
-2 Tbsp. chili powder⠀
-1.5 tsp. sea salt ⠀
-1 tsp. ground black pepper⠀
-2 cans beans, drained, rinsed (kidney or I used tri-color)⠀

Instructions:⠀
1. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over med-high heat.⠀
⠀
2. Add onion and bell pepper; cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 4 minutes.⠀

3. Add garlic; cook, stirring frequently, for 1 minute.⠀
4. Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Mix well; cover. Cook on high for 3 hours.⠀

That’s it! Turn to warm setting and eat this delicious stew all day while watching the game! We topped it with cilantro, melted cheese, and green onion. Get creative and enjoy!
