I saw Men in Black international today and I can say with much confidence that I do not remember the last time I had such an AWFUL theatre experience... wow... the actual theatre was fine, clean, the couple of other people in there were fine, but this movie... holy motherfuckin shit. I couldn't even enjoy it ironically or make fun of it, it was so bad I nearly fell asleep, it ruined my day and made me viscerally upset for hours after watching it, I watched Shaft after those couple of hours and that really lifted my mood but now, just thinking about Men In Black, I not only forget most of what happened but I remember how bad it was and how there was literally not anything of a sliver of good in it, like I don't understand how this Lexus commercial ass, written by committee, poorly acted looking, awful no good very bad movie. Go watch Shaft instead.
Tank Girl (1995) Directed by Rachel Talalay.
Naomi Watts as Jet Girl.
Rachel Talalay's stepdaughter gave her a Tank Girl comic to read while she was shooting her directorial debut film, Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare (released in 1991). Talalay read the comic between takes and became interested in directing a Tank Girl film
Swipe to see before and after photos: A “simple” tape removal and repositioning of the cover and this copy of Fantastic Four #48 (owned by our very own @melvin_quabrot) presents much better! There were two more pieces of tape on the inside cover adhering it to the 1st wrap. That tape had to be carefully cut to separate the cover, which was then soaked in a solvent bath to loosen the tape. The solvent also just so happened to remove years worth of dirt filth and grime that had built up over the last 50+ years.
