  • Did you see my latest post on @happygorun ?! 🤔
_
If so, you know what I’m going to say.... ARMS! If this athlete is a high school sprinter, where do you think her arms should be?
_
They should be up by her face instead of down low (cue: pick your pocket, pick your nose). It’s also causing some twisting in her torso that could be contributing to exaggerated heal striking... because everything’s connected.
_
But...& this is a big BUT ...did you know that “these arms” got this young lady to a county record, state sectionals title and New Balance Nationals? 🏆
_
Soooo, as a coach, do we change everything at once?! NO WAY 🙅🏻‍♀️ We improve ☝🏽 thing at a time. Right now, for the next 6 weeks, the focus is moving her entire arm and lifting her elbows, especially at the end of her races. She’s finishing her races well and with so much more confidence...and we haven’t even touched her landing mechanics, strength training for runners or her breath work! That will come this summer 😍 Yup, this is what I do on a Tuesday night (who am I kidding, any night really) & I love it 🤓
_
I’ll be sharing these tips and more at my next running seminar at CrossFit Morristown on June 2nd. If you or anyone you know needs help with running, 😎 Register at conquestevents.net under Happy Go Run!

  • THIS is why Life Changing Skincare is our tagline!

Natalie you are an inspiration to thousands of Americans struggling with student debt. I’m so glad you said yes to this business opportunity.

Her words - ✨ “I have waited so long to be able to post this and it’s finally official. I’m so excited to announce today, I’m DEBT FREE! When I graduated college, I had $56k in student loan debt!
For years 4.5 years I have been gradually plugging away at my student loans. I did a budget, made a plan & put the pedal to the floor to achieve my goal & journey to being #debtfree. Every time I received a Rodan + Fields direct deposit, I put a portion to my loans. I never planned an end date of paying these off, because if I’m being honest, $56k seemed like a big scary number. It was hard to fathom paying it all down.
I have learned a lot through this & have had amazing support and guidance. Thank you to my biggest cheerleader, my mom. Every month she pushed me to pay these off & wouldn’t get off the phone with me until I made my monthly payment. Some months I would fight it & wanted so badly for my money to go towards something a little more fun. 😂
How was this all possible? I’m a 28 year old entrepreneur- running my own business around my full time career I love & busy on the go schedule. I attribute this financial freedom all to this business opportunity. I started this business 4.5 years ago knowing I had this mountain of debt. It was my reason why. It was scary, but what’s scarier was the alternative. I had nothing to loose, but debt & acne 😂. I set out to crush the lies that “normal” is being broke in your 20’s. That “normal” is living paycheck to paycheck, or as I so frequently said, “another night of eating scrambled eggs for dinner.” I had no idea how to run a business, but my reason why was pushing me to do something different. I don’t have a business degree & I certainly don’t have a skincare background. Saying yes has resulted in a sustainable business, a great work ethic, amazing skin, & most importantly a future of financial freedom!!! THIS is why Life Changing Skincare is our tagline!
