  • When you’ve managed to implement a good (daily) habit in your life, stick to it. Sometimes it is easier to stick to a habit than implementing it again #speakingfromexperience 😅 “Aristotle wrote, “We are what we repeatedly do.” Think about the effect of going to the gym three times a week, for six months, versus not going at all. You get the point. Be wise. #compoundeffect Conscious life design means having good habits. It’s a must. Be it from a simple day walk in the forest/on the beach, gentle yoga/meditation, journaling, breathwork, reading, all the way to hardcore exercise, all successful people stick to their daily habits. ✨

Remember, my definition of success is basically being happy and fulfilled. I love this quote by @tonyrobbins , who says “success without fulfillment is the ultimate failure”. #truthbomb 💥

A friend of mine was complaining that all the people who have (a lot) of money earn that money with much difficulty, and often at the price of their health. And I said to her: honey, you’re not looking in the right direction. I know a lot of people making money doing soul work and having a lot of fun while doing it. And ALL these people (myself included) have daily fuckin’ habits and we stick to them. #thetruth

For me, daily habits help me fine-tune to my soul and my body, be in connection to myself and my creative flow. #delicious
