People still think to lose weight you have to go on some crazy fad diet. Drink this drink, take this pill, restrict this don’t eat that. These transformations are done eating correctly, with the foods that they love but in the proper balance. But also making the necessary lifestyle changes. This is a program that people can be on for life. Not short term. And not having to be dependent on a product. PFC every three with the proper lifestyle changes works for everyone.
Time is always going to be a factor. No matter what situation you are in. Never limit yourself by saying "I don't have time to workout". You're really saying, it's not a priority. Yes, sometimes you have to wake up super early, sometimes you have to workout during your lunch or after the kids fall asleep. But guess what, if you don't do what needs to be done and you don't take care of yourself. You will even have less time to do things you love to do. You will always set an excuse why you cannot make something important happen. If it's important to you than do it!!! Stop putting reasons behind all your failures. Wrap them up for what they are and get past it. Focus on what needs to be done and stop coming up with reasons why your not doing it. Once you figure out that the only person stoping your from success is YOU!!! Today, don't give yourself a reason why your not doing what needs to be done. Just do it, don't talk about it. DO IT!! It's that easy. 💪
Reposted from @garyyourofsky - That B12 propaganda ( don't be fooled ) .
Meat eaters in general are far more deficient than any vegans that is because they are not even aware that their body requires it and cooking destroys most of the b12 in their food anyway . .
According to Marieb's 'Human Anatomy and Physiology', vitamin B12 can be destroyed by highly alkaline and highly acid conditions. This assumes that the B12 in meat would be easily destroyed because the hydrochloric acid in our stomachs during the digestion of meat is highly acidic. This may explain why meat-eaters are likely to have a B12 deficiency - even though their diet contains vitamin B12. Also, another problem for meat-eaters is that there are normally antiobiotics in meat plus the fact that many meat-eaters destroy their friendly bacteria in their intestines by constant putrefaction and the putrefactive bacteria naturally present in meat will give the body a hard time. So, the damaged intestines may not function well enough to enable adequate vitamin B12 levels to be asborbed. .

Has anyone ever been to Horseshoe Canyon??? I also missed it- because of fear. Tim and I went on a road trip and had were caught in a deadly rainstorm up at Zion National Park (2016 people actually died!!!) so naturally for me any spot of rain in the sky freaked me out!
When we finally got to Paige, AZ we want to hike a go see some sights- of course right when we got out of the car a drop fell on my head and I immediately wanted to cancel the hike. Tim- He has always been a source of strength and encouragement to me- of course pushed us onwards.
I would have missed this!!!! This breathtaking view that turned out to be my favorite part of our entire road trip!
My point being... (and trust me something I still work on) do not let fear dictate your direction in life.
Fear steals memories and is not a good compass. It will leave you with regrets and decrease your self confidence and self worth. “The fears you don’t face become your limits”
Eating healthy is not hard. It takes time, it takes changing your mindset, it takes planning, it takes discipline. It doesn't take excuses, it's not impossible.
If you want it you can make it happen.

I apparently have no idea how to order Chinese food for one adult🤷🏻♀️. I guess this single thing will take some getting used to. Anyone want to come over for left overs? @healthy_new_mama_101918 I have extra dumplings 😂
Meal Plans 🙅🏼♀️
I see people trying to sell meal plans, or people following meal plans all the time
I do not give out meal plans, because I’m not a medical professional
If you are taking a meal plan telling you exact foods to eat, then make sure you are working with someone who is qualified to do so
I also don’t think meal plans teach you anything. You aren’t learning about macros, calories and portions in the same way
You are basically having someone else do the homework for you because it’s “easier”
This will leave you lost when you no longer have someone thinking of your meals!
That’s why I teach my clients to count their macros on their own so they feel empowered and educated to do everything alone!
You shouldn’t have to have a coach forever!
Btw who is loving this spring weather???😭🙌🏻
