I want to talk about Katelyn Ohashi for a minute. I’m sure by now you’ve either seen her perfect 10 routine or heard about it. If not, please Google it, you’ll be happy you did.

Katelyn - a fellow Aries - was a rising star from the time she was a child. Gymnastics was her love, her passion. It’s what she’s always done best.
🤸🏻‍♀️
Like any born champion, she was on track to be an Olympian. Even though she kept winning, the chatter around her was that she wouldn’t make it. She was too fat for a gymnast. If she didn’t stick her perfect landing, she was constantly reminded that it wasn’t enough. That she could do better. If she wanted to be the best she had to work harder, she had to lose weight. She had to be more of what people were expecting to see.

Then she got injured. Another obstacle to perfection. And she asked herself a question: what if I give up competing at the elite level for something more modest? Somewhere I can be more of who I am and it’s ok? She quit the elite so she could have the chance to compete at college.

She continued to train. No longer because she HAD to be the best, or because she had to become an Olympian, but because she GOT to do what she loved. She opted out of the pressures of others rules on what her passion should look like, and she picked her own path.

And on Jan 14th, Katelyn Ohashi broke the internet.

So often people tell me they don’t have time to eat well...
And I call bulls#t!
If you are determined to feel good & reap those rewards you will find quick, easy, DELICIOUS ways to eat good food!
Things do NOT need to be organic, raw, fermented, home-grown, pure, etc to be good for you...
They can actually be pre-cut, frozen, from the supermarket and even packaged..!
I teach my clients the concept of : good, better, best! 
There is always going to be a BEST option-
Which might be organic, raw, fermented, blessed by the Dalai Lama himself 🙏 etc
BUT that isn’t always necessary, possible or CONVENIENT.....
I encourage my clients to exercise commonsense AND creativity when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle...
GOOD is good enough ☺️☺️
Sometimes BETTER is available and possible...
But good is awesome 🙌🏻❤️
This dish here was made in the space of 5mins...
Leftover Christmas ham fried off in some coconut oil ...
Minced garlic, Tamari, sriracha...
Frozen veg
90sec brown rice- done in microwave!
Some fresh broccolini 
All tossed in the wok!
Two eggs were fried in coconut oil before everything else was done—> & placed aside in a bowl and Re-added at the end!
Simples!
Quick, easy, delicious!
I am NOT one of those people who likes to spend alllll day errrrrday in the kitchen!
But I am willing to invest 5-10-15mins so that I FEEL GOOD for the remaining 23.75 hrs of the day!
