Stop worrying about what can go wrong, and get excited about what can go right.
I overthink. That’s what I do all the time, and it only makes me feel anxious and worried.
I am trying to shift my mind and just change thought when I feel overwhelmed.
It’s a looong journey but I am so ready for it.
Wish you all an amazing week filled with joy 💙
My life is a miracle.
The kind of miracle that happens only to those who fail, over and over again but somehow they survive.
When I started practicing yoga I was lost.
My heart was broken, I hated my body and I felt useless.
I could barely handle one hour on the mat.
I could not breathe.
I was uncomfortable and inflexible.
Nothing came easy.
But somehow, in that discomfort I found myself.
Somehow, yoga took me back home.
And that’s why I teach it.
That’s why all I want is for my students to feel safe.
To be able to express their feelings through the movements of their bodies and through those movements realize how powerful they really are.
“Someone asked me the other day, “what’s one thing you would you tell your 12 year old self?” I found difficulty with this because, only ONE THING?!? There are so many things I could say, but ultimately I settled on, “stay patient, trust the journey, everything falls into place.” .
