K I L L E R leg day ☠️
So I’m super behind on filming/editing this week so here’s one of the leg workouts I did last week 😈 it was absolutely brutal and destroyed my legs 🍑🤪 I’ve been feeling nice n strong lately (probs due to all of the carbs) 😝 Don’t get me wrong, I have days where I have no motivation to get to the gym *cough yesterday cough* but getting a good sweat on always makes me feel better 💦🤩 Also @peascience high volume get me hypeeeee 😛😛 let’s get grinding fam🔥
1️⃣ 5x3 deadlift
2️⃣ 4x8 squats
3️⃣ 4x10 good mornings
4️⃣ 4x8 reverse lunges into 👉🏼 8 pulses .
5️⃣ 3x15 hammy curls
6️⃣ 3 sets of banded hack squats to failure 🔥😅
