Yes I do realize it’s not 3pm yet. 
My adrenals and anxiety have been suffering a little (or let’s say a lot) after a big weekend away. Staying up way to late, drinking more than normal, living in close quarters with 25 other people and probably not eating as well as I should. 
Don’t get me wrong, I (we) all had a great weekend away but after having adrenal fatigue and anxiety, I know I don’t bounce as quickly as I used to. I need to remember to be a little gentle with myself - insert self care - eat well and get plenty of rest. We all nearly slept in way to late to make it to school today 🤪

So these roller blends have calmed my anxiety but also given me a little natural pick me up to help me through.
