How are you? I hope you're well! It's been an extremely busy week for myself so I apologise I haven't been able to post my workouts as regular as I would have liked.. but in my busy schedule I managed to find some time to crush this countdown workout! Can you do the same?

Start by performing 10 reps on each exercise, followed by a round of 9 reps each, then 8 reps each, and so on until you reach 1 rep of each! Sounds simple right? But there's one catch, I don't want you to take any scheduled rest, so keep moving from one exercise to the next! 💪🏽

  • Felt inspired to post this after listening to #ferncottonhappy podcast with @davinamccall @bryonygordon @officialgarybarlow who all spoke openly about so many things including the endorphin rush from exercise. Everything they said resonated with me (@davinamccall coincidentally I was also wearing my #victoriasecret grey underwear while listening to it 😂). Davina, Gary and Bryony all separately discovered how possible it is to feel incredible when you eat well, exercise, make space and time for oneself and the power of thinking positively. These are the same discoveries I made over the past 3 years and I would encourage everyone to chase the endorphins too! 
For a long time, I could never ‘find the time’ or was just ‘too busy’ to fit exercise in or I felt I would be rubbish at it or it would be too difficult. Yes it is all of those, but the beautiful thing when you do it, is the endorphin rush! 🤩it is like nothing else, just pure goodness pumping around your body. It’s impossible not to smile or feel amazing! As @bryonygordon says, no one ever regrets doing exercise.  We can all MAKE time and make it a PRIORITY. 
Exercise is free, walking, running, doing a HiiT, Pilates, yoga or other class at home via one of the many trainers on #youtube I like @thebodycoach and @fiit which are motivational and quick! I even do these before the kids wake in the morning or late at night if I haven’t squeezed any other exercise in during the day.
