Obsessed...and I don’t mean this in the entirety of a masculine sense of being obsessed with hustle. ⁣
⁣
Hustle is great. Hustle gets shit done. But hustle also get you burned out. You find yourself smothered in the smoke of your own fire. ⁣

The past couple months I smothered. I became too obsessed about the wrong things. Don’t be obsessed with busy. ⁣
⁣
Be obsessed...⁣
with peace⁣
with self awareness ⁣
with setting a schedule that serves not smothers you⁣
with being ok with not knowing⁣
with enjoying the journey & being present ⁣
with owning your shit & vulnerability ⁣
with people & food & movement that nourish & are a good blend to grow a more centered, well-rounded you⁣
⁣
With wellness, food, & fitness:⁣
✅ Eat foods & partake in movement, fitness you like ⁣
✅ Eat & do these things in portions complimentary to you⁣
✅ Prioritize protein & whole, non processed foods⁣
✅ Sprinkle your fitness with strength training, cardio, & walking...blend that shit together, just MOVE⁣
✅ Set appointments with yourself & time block tasks to get you to your goal every single day. Things like meal prep, your workouts, your morning success routine, self-care⁣
✅ Mindset controls everything, adjust accordingly⁣

I am grateful for my freedom, opportunity, love, friendship, & ability to have a voice & gifts to make a difference. For these are luxuries. ⁣

In all honesty though, I would rather choke on my obsession with betterment & humanness & risk being burned by the flames than choke on being average. ⁣
