And obvs I had some today for lunch so took a picture in the lovely sunshine! The filling is kind of a quiche mixture but with mascarpone which makes it supper light and not so eggy and it’s flavoured with the pesto I made yesterday ☺️☺️
Close up and a pic of just before it went into the oven sooo this is a recipe from @bbcfood but I didn’t follow the recipe THAT much and I did not make the pastry it’s from @sainsburys this tart was enough effort without making the pastry 😂 ALSO that red/pink vegetable isn’t a carrot or even a sweet potato it’s just a regular potato which I dyed when I last second realised I forgot to buy sweet potato 😂 #dowhatyougottado P.S The aubergine is an aubergine and the courgette is a courgette only the potato is an imposter 🤭
Delicious butter chicken! It’s a pretty traditional method but I can’t pinpoint any one recipe that I use. But I was watching @parveensindiankitchen a few weeks ago and I pretty much use the same method as Moti Mahal so I was pretty happy about that ☺️😁
