I’ve always dreamt of helping others, making people smile, giving advice and simply making a positive impact in any way. So why haven’t I gone out and changed the world already🌎? Truth be told, I was being a chickenshit. Anytime I was going to chase my dreams I was stopped by my negative thoughts like: “what are others going to think”, “are they going to say this is stupid” “maybe I’m not smart enough” and I would give myself so many excuses to not get out of of my comfort zone! 🤦🏼♀️ But then I thought, if I keep making excuses I’ll never chase my dreams ✨ So here I am. I created Lifebyou because I want to help people get past their fears, doubts, negative thoughts and work towards a happier life🤗 It is also a place where anyone, I MEAN ANYONE, can reach out to me if they are having doubts, feeling depressed, needing a friend or simply just want to talk.💕(my email is above)

Was your January a little too much of 2018 that you waited to started your goals 'til February?
Don't feel guilty because it's 3 weeks in and you aren't where you want to be or as consistent as you planned. Truth be told I feel like that somedays🤦🏼♀️ but REMEMBER* nothing worth having is gonna be easy to get. So waking up early every morning and eating the perfect foods and taking time for ourselves and everything in between can be hard to balance but when you have the right plan, strong mindset and realistic goals..anything is achievable.😺 Your New Years resolutions aren't supposed to be solved within the first month, it's a whole year transformation or better yet, a life transformation 🤓 so be easy on yourself, be hard on your self in all the right ways but don't forget to love yourself in between. Starting is the first part, being consistent is a whole new ball game. I'm ready when you are 👊🏼⚡️
To become who we want to be, we must be willing to let go of the old self. It’s not always easy because that means we must first look deep within and ask who do we want to be...what is our purpose in life...what holds us back from being happy...and more importantly, are we willing to make the necessary changes, even if it means stepping outside of our comfort zone? What is weighing you down and holding you back from being the best version of you???
Na primeira foto eu tinha 74kg e 29% de gordura. Fazia restrição alimentar, ficava muito tempo sem comer e as vezes comia pouco ou comia demais e errado. Só queria saber de alimentos integrais e tinha medo dos carboidratos, enfim.. Não tinha hora pra comer, quando começava a comer doce ou qualquer alimento fora da dieta não parava nunca mais, ou seja, totalmente sem controle. Era infeliz porque se restringia do que gostava, sempre desanimava porque demorava séculos pra conseguir perder 1g e os resultados eram quase sempre negativos.
Na segunda foto eu tinha 74kg e 18% de gordura. Fazia reeducação alimentar, comia tudo que os outros acha/diz não ser saudável como por exemplo: pão francês, batata inglesa, arroz branco, macarrão e etc... Quando tinha vontade de comer doce comia, mas voltava logo em seguida a rotina. Não tinha medo de comer e se permitir quando realmente havia necessidade/vontade.
É feliz comendo o que gosta e obtendo resultados positivos.
Não existe fórmula mágica: o simples funciona, não existe alimento ruim: existe alimento mal administrado, não existe comer pouco para emagrecer: existe comer corretamente.
Não tem mistério. Não precisa enfeitar muito a dieta pra ser um bom profissional, o bom profissional prescreve o que cabe dentro do bolso de cada um. ✨

Até porque nós estudamos mais de 4 anos e não sabemos tudo. Agora imagina vocês que pesquisam no google ou seguem blogueira fitness.
Prescrever uma dieta não é pra qualquer pessoa, e lembre-se: fazendo dieta por conta própria acaba dificultando o trabalho do profissional que irá te atender futuramente. Dieta é com nutricionista!

Day 5: I watched this documentary with my kids today. They were horrified and could not comprehend how humans could be so horrible to other humans. While topics like this can be difficult, I think it’s important to inform our children rather than bury our heads in the sand.
Dr Martin Luther King was a truly great man and his example is surely needed now. I am grateful I got to teach my kids a little more about him and what he stood for. #100happydays
