  • This turned out to be a surprisingly spectacular Sunday.
A 7-course Brunch curated by none other than @marcopierrewhit who is down for the 4th edition of the super food focused event @world_onaplate.
Not only was it great to meet the legend himself,  but to break bread on a table with fellow enthusiasts on food which comes from his cooking sensibilities and translates his style and flavors on a plate. Simple, classic, fair cooking if I may say so (will put up the dishes in my next post)...It was humbling to chat with him and goes down in my little book of Chefs whose work has remained consistently traditional in thinking and without the riffraff of modernism.
