Dirty KETO 🤤
It was rainy day 🌧 that turned hot and sunny ☀️ and I’m gonna take the opportunity to do some fishing 🎣!! I usually stay away from fast food joints these days, but most can agree that a square burger 🍔 from @wendys is delicious! How do I enjoy such a thing while maintaining my ketogenic lifestyle ??
This is what I order ! A triple baconator plain (just cheese and bacon !) 🧀🥓 With no bun ! It’s that simple! The macros are 3g net carb, 69g protein, 69g FAT✅. It was tasty, juicy and filling and didn’t leave me bloated and full which feels totally different. Just by adding the bun and some fries would make for a completely different experience ✋🏼🚫 I was able to enjoy this and keep moving without the worry of a food “coma” or insulin spike leading to a crash later on ! .
So there’s my take on dirty Keto. I don’t recommend having something like this regularly but it does taste great and fits right into my diet when I don’t have time or have something else to do rather than be in the kitchen !
CALORIFIIICCC!!! Chicken wings, chicken bacon waffle and doughnut burger! Talk about a heart attack!!!👀 BUT guys, I need them once in awhile ya namsayin???

My dirty secret: I am loving this doughnut burger available on the Royal Mile called the Dirty Donut. Look at the bacon, cheese and beef patty all drizzled in maple syrup! Oh goodness!
