My dirty secret: I am loving this doughnut burger available on the Royal Mile called the Dirty Donut. Look at the bacon, cheese and beef patty all drizzled in maple syrup! Oh goodness!
Have you ever tried a doughnut burger?! Head down to @bubbaqedinburgh!!! 🍩🍔

Did you know you can stack your burgers here at Dos Lobos? Yeah you can . . . in this case it's a tripple patty with tripple cheese AND tripple bacon because this Dude doesn't have to visit his heart Doctor for six months. Yeah . . . and he ate the whole thing too. BRAVO!!!

Using up the last of the fresh rhubarb from my dads garden. I’ve made rhubarb bbq sauce, spiced rhubarb chutney that I’ll serve with pork tenderloin, and here is my favorite dessert....
that I baked on my @traegergrills
Who’s a fan of rhubarb?
*Fresh Rhubarb Crumble*
5 cups sliced rhubarb (sliced about 1/2-1 inch thick)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp almond extract
2/3 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp Allspice
2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
1 cup chopped pecans or nuts of your choice
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup melted butter
Mix the sliced rhubarb with the sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and almond extract. Set aside for approximately 30 minutes or until the rhubarb has released some of its juices and most of the sugar has dissolved and coated the rhubarb.
Mix the topping ingredients together with a fork until no flour remains.
Lightly grease individual ramekins, 9x9 or similar baking pan or a cast iron skillet.
Stir rhubarb well and pile into prepared pan/ramekins and top with oat mixture. I scatter smallish pieces all over the top. I baked these on my Traeger Timberline at 375 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until filling is bubbling, rhubarb is soft (not mushy)and topping is golden brown. Let cool at least 30 minutes or longer for the filling to start setting up. Best eaten the same day. (You can adjust the spices, try using nutmeg, cloves, ginger etc in place of the Allspice if you wish)
