I’ve found it to be an almost impossible task to smile and flex at the same time 😅. So instead, here is my RBF with some decent flexing. Workouts have been feeling decent the past week. My mind hasn’t been FULLY there but that’ll change because I know what I want to do and I know what I must do to accomplish that. If I could preach ANYTHING to anyone it’s remember your journey is a bunch of steps and it’s called YOUR journey for a reason.
