  • #tbt to some of the most memorable moments from my 7 years at Kohl’s, in no particular order:
.
1. Working with @jennbrink, @natepkoch, @mothertucker13, @marissa_mo1, @cherylburke, @lindsayalbanese and @taibeau at the 2017 American Music Awards. It was an amazing learning opportunity, I ended up getting photographed on the red carpet by “real” photographers before the “real” celebrities showed up 😆 and I had two fan girl moments meeting both Karlie Kloss and Idina Menzel 🤓
.
2. I got to speak on stage in front of the entire Marketing department with @jbrunelli and @knoxoates on a subject I was truly passionate about: developing talent through the internship program. THAT was a leadership dream come true! ❤️
.
3. I got to speak as a leader to college sophomores about what we do in Marketing strategy with @jilly_pip, the first person who trained me at Kohl’s when we were both entry level coordinators ❤️
.
4. I got to do a side project with the social media team as on-camera talent which went well so they put the videos on Facebook in paid media campaigns and in 100+ stores across the country. #notweirdatall 🤷‍♀️😂
.
5. I got the chance to support several amazing non-profits by volunteering my time. What an amazing team-building and eye-opening experience, every time! Coincidentally, @jeff_clicks caught this photo at an event which is now part of a collage in Kohl’s stores by the customer service desk 🤷‍♀️😂
.
Not pictured: a LOT of things ❤️

  • "What does it take to be Successful? Is it hard work? Is it talent? Or Is it pure #luck ?
Everyone is looking for the recipe for success. We all feel like we have so much talent and passion to do something amazing but no clarity on where to begin? We look at the success stories, the screenshots and it all seems far fetched, right?

They say, success leaves clues. The best way is to model what’s already working, to learn from someone who has already #achieved #amazing success.

How about learning from 25 of India’s most #successful entrepreneurs?

You can check all details here👇

These include TEDx #speakers, million dollar business owners, top digital icons, trainers, best selling authors etc.

But they weren’t all that when they started. They all started with almost nothing. And faced the most struggles in achieving what they have now.
When recession hit India and Deepak Kanakaraju did not had a job for 2 years, he started a small #blog ‘bikeadvise’ just for fun. Struggled, learned, applied, worked hard and now has built the biggest digital marketing community in India and is perceived as one of India’s top digital marketers.

When Mubaid lost his #startup and felt like everything was lost, with no money and direction to go forward, he tried his hands on print on demand. Fast forward 2 years, he sold more than 50,000 products and now teaches others the same.

After dropping out of college and with just Rs 300 in pocket, Pratik had just one thing in mind. I will not give up. His mantra is Learn and Teach. He started learning new things and started teaching. Now, he is one of the most successful personal brands in India, an influencer, built his #own #company and helps clients achieve unbelievable results.

All 25 of our speakers have similar story. Do you see a pattern here?
Everybody started small. With no clue, no direction. They had to #struggle, they had to learn on their own, they had to fail 100 times before something worked.

But most importantly, they are all jumped and grabbed whenever an opportunity presented and never gave up.

And today, all of them are coming together on one #platform to share their #story "What does it take to be Successful? Is it hard work? Is it talent? Or Is it pure #luck ?
