  • For all of my traveling #fitfam this week’s #workoutwednesday is for you! Between bodyweight work + cardio on the stairs, this is something you can do almost anywhere!⁣

I know it’s a hotly debated topic in this industry, but I *always* work out when I travel. I have the tools to get in a workout anywhere (bands + gliders are your best friend) and I do it to feel GOOD mentally and physically. Also I want to eat alllll the food and feel zero guilt. ⁣

If you’re hoping to get in some movement during your next trip, give this one a try. Set a timer - one minute each exercise, followed by a one-minute cardio blast. I sprinted on the stair climber, but you can do jumping jacks, high knees, jog in place. ⁣
