  • My S4C crew! Enjoy the beautiful weather today. Juggle the ball outside, go for a run, do some air squats, or just get some touches on the ball! Excited to see you guys soon! Sorry I haven’t been around. Some quick vacationing and certification stuff. Here is some footage from the past week or so. Looks like you guys were all working hard while I was gone. See you guys soon!
