Change of direction! Soccer demands constant movement and switching the field of play (if you do it right that is). We use shuttle dribbling within our workouts to develop ball control under fatigue. Conditioning is more fun with a ball at your foot, it’s a fact. #s4ctraining#soccer#strength#speed#skill#conditioning#bedynamic

Deadlifts & Box Jumps!
Building the strength to safely lift an object from the ground (like helping a friend move a couch) and building the explosive power to excel on the soccer pitch!
Here we have Sierra, Willa, Oscar, Bella, Owen, Wade, Gaetano, and Austin demonstrating various ways to properly execute the Deadlift.
We finished with a conditioning piece consisting of Burpee Box Jump Overs, kettlebell swings, and Sit-ups.
