Hands down best part of my day touring Shacks in Orlando was reconnecting with Junia! She’s been working at Shack for more than 10 years and has trained countless leaders in NYC and beyond. Today she leads our team at Millenia in Orlando. I’ve watched her grow from hourly team member to leader and super hard working mom. She defines what Shack is all about. Come see her sometime!

A little more than 16 years ago, I saw a girl on the Q train. She never saw me. Four hours later, by some miracle, she walked into Tabla and I took her coat and seated her at table 20. A year later we were engaged. From time to time we come back to our bench outside Tabla where it all began. ❤️
Next time you’re flying through the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, stop by and snag a burger for the flight. We’ve recently opened Shacks at LGA and DFW too - so we can give you something good for your travels. Say hey to these hard working teams next time through! ✈️
Wait for it..

I interrupt this Christmas date night with a story. 21 years ago, this man, Bob Yee, was the first person I ever encountered at a little neighborhood joint called Union Square Cafe. If not for Bob, I’m pretty sure I never meet Danny Meyer, and I’m certain I wouldn’t have experienced what true hospitality looks like long before I ever dreamed of living in New York. I married Maria while working along side Bob at USC 14 years ago.
I believe there are angels along our life’s journey who appear just when we least expect it. Today, Bob continues his noble vocation, bringing pure joy and hospitality to everyone he meets. To be served by him is the difference between a meal and an extraordinary evening. Thank you my friend for bringing your superpower to USC that night, and for years to come.

Quite possibly the longest Shack line I’ve ever seen this weekend at our opening in Palo Alto!
Thank you to our team, our dedicated fans, and our new community for coming out to celebrate with us.
Today, our team opens the 200th Shake Shack!! An accomplishment none of us could have ever dreamed when this humble hot dog cart was born to raise money for Madison Square Park. Thank you to our incredible team members who make Shack tick day after day, thank you to our guests who we live to serve, to our communities who we strive to enrich, to our suppliers who bring us the best ingredients, and to all the people who believe in us and help Shake Shack live our mission to Stand For Something Good. Humbled. Thankful. We’re just getting started!

Take a moment and watch this energy... #shackclap
Capping off this incredible trip with our second opening in Hong Kong. I’m constantly amazed by what this company can achieve. Team members representing 16 countries came together, led by an extraordinary USA-based training team, to build this place and welcome our guests in a way that only Shake Shack can. Beyond proud and thankful.

Highlights of day one in Korea. Night market tours with new friend and talented documentarian @wookcookpd - filming and talking all things burgers and traditional Korean food. It’s so good to be back with these dynamic people, in this vibrant culture, seeing and tasting things I’ve never experienced before.

One day, 8 Shacks! From Tokyo, to Tsujido, and Yokohama, countless smiles, passion and hospitality from our Japanese teams at every turn. In just three short years, our teams have come together and created something truly incredible here. Somehow feels just right, designed of its place, and a true mirror of these communities. In awe of these great people and all we’ve built together.
