  • A cold winter sunrise. This was taken during my quick visit to Chelan last weekend. While it is a popular travel destination in the summer, it definitely has a different charm during its off-season.

  • A little winter hike and photography today. Western Washington is not really the best place for winter and snowy landscape photography because of its mild winter weather. But even the little bit of snow does change the mood of a place.

  • We stopped at an unnamed viewpoint just in time to capture the last sunset of our trip to the Pacific Coast Highway. This shot is so simple, it may be my favorite from the trip. A perfect end to the journey.
(actually we then traveled to LA so not exactly the end)

  • Throwback Thursday. I realized I never posted this on Instagram. This photo was taken at Yellowstone National Park. After a summer of photographing the PNW landscapes, a change in scenery is exactly what I needed, hence I visited this location last fall. I talked more about my photographer's block in a previous blog.

  • This stunning view was taken on the California Pacific Coast. No wonder this location attracts travelers from around the world.

It was kinda disappointing that the state park closes at sunset. I would love to stay till the blue hour and capture a more calm scenery of the ocean.

  • New blog post on my website. In it I shared how I edit my waterfall images, specifically this one. Link in bio.

Not really #waterfallwednesday because I stumbled some issues writing my latest blog post yesterday. But here you go! This turned out to be one of my favorite shots from this year.
