Here’s 3 exercises to help build abs and improve core strength without doing crunches all day. 
Grab a medicine ball. Get into a v-sit position. Butt on floor legs raised while slightly bending knees. 
Tip: use a mat or soft surface when starting. 
Slowly rotate ball back and forth without moving legs side to side. Start light and have fun 💪
Work✅ 
40 seconds on 
20 second rest

  • No matter how tired, beaten sore or injured. You will always get the best I can give. Now there are times where my training is not as good or I’m more tired then the day before. Normal feeling, It’s called life and it’s ups and downs. Everyday won’t be your best, obstacles come distractions are there. Noise and negativity coming at ya like an annoying fly, buzzing around trying to drain you of life. Well i say hell no! Get off me!! Shake off the bad and keep living strong. I know it’s harder than it seems and trust me it’s lived through repetition. So if you want to focus and have a mentality that can’t be broken? Then try exercising it like any other muscle through constant practice. Don’t stop working because i promise you the goal is not as far as you think. Live like warrior train like a beast. Have a good evening team. New workout challenge will be posted bright and early 💪💯

Hows everyones resolutions coming along? This year ill be asking this question regularly. And if you’re feeling  unmotivated a helpful tip is to write some small and daily goals down on paper and post it’s around the house, car fridge etc to remind yourself that this is your week, month and year.   • Slow and controlled vs explosive 💯
Here I’m using both explosive and controlled movements in my workout. It’s important that we understand when to go crazy in the gym and when we need to slow it down. Both build strength, both builds endurance but most my (pull) movements, are very controlled and majority of my (push) movements are fast and explosive. Combine both together and you have one solid foundation. Here’s some exercises to try both for beginners or advanced. My bodyweight course and program will be coming out very soon so stay patient and Have fun with your training and let’s make it last. @performix 🎥 @dustinhayungs
