I've been really focusing on my overall chest development. For the past 6 months I have incorporated so many training techniques into my chest training program. Realizing that many of the worlds greatest bodybuilders have had nice full pecs. Incorporating many variations of chest flies and pullovers as well as push-ups( I know I should've been doing them) into my routine. Looking back at where I started I'm excited to see what 3 more years will get me.
