In the ready position what grip should the dominant hand be in? Neutral/continental or Forehand?

Ok thanks. I keep my dominant hand in the SW forehand. In the past I kept it in the continental grip but it felt I was losing power especially in service returns when trying to return a body serve or a serve to the forehand.
