  • A bit chilly and breezy sunrise yoga, pilates and meditation session with only the sound of waves, wind and birds, just happiness and peace! I really try to put effort into taking time to to do these things, as I have always been so wine who prefers faster hyper fun workouts and activities. But actually the slow movements if yoga or pilates and the relaxation and focus if meditation have greatly improved my patience, inner happiness and for me actually help me to better focus my mind and be more productive. πŸ˜„β˜€οΈπŸŒŠ

  • Anyone else have to take control of their lazy brains sometimes, when it wants to choose the easy route?? No rain this morning, and even though I was feeling a bit tired and sluggish, I thought....I probably should ride today, I actually changed my mind about 3 times, just because my lazy brain said "it's much easier to drive" πŸ˜› but no! So I put my cycle pants on, looked out the window, saw a clear sky, birds singing and the sun was rising....so off I went. I'm glad I didn't let my tired lazy brain drive, because my ride in was so good, and now I'm feeling great and awake! πŸ˜€πŸ‘ .

  • Are you as weird as me?? I don't like sweet foods for breakfast very often, instead I really enjoying this type of thing! πŸ˜€ Edamame beans, broccoli, sunflower seeds, asparagus, pistachios, humus and a drizzle if basil flavoured olive oil πŸ˜†πŸ˜† YUMM!!
