  • Up early at hours to do some seriously sweaty HIIT routines. I found this great book with combinations for all different exercise levels, and lots of info about each move. It's not hard to get bored of this book.

  • Hey there! Workout at home today....just a quick 30 minutes jumping around and raising the heart rate, getting a bit of a sweat on! It's much easier to wake up and workout in the morning if you have just a few bits of useful equipment that you enjoy using and can be used for a range of different exercises.

  • Trying out my new road bike yesterday (well second hand from my boyfriend πŸ˜‹)

I quite often have very busy days, up early and back home late and sometimes struggle to fit exercise into my day....so I have a new plan this year.
.
Instead of my usual ten minute morning drive to to the train station, I'm going cycle instead, using the newly installed cycle lane, taking 20-30 minutes. .
Exercise makes me feel so happy, keeps my brain stimulated, great for your health and just fun! I can't wait to start, well once my bf gets his new road bike, then I can have this one πŸ˜€

  • So this is how I have spent most of Saturday, organising the kitchen as well as cook and prepping all my goods for the next few days to come. I like that my days are quite busy, and having my meals ready to eat, food to keep me going means I can be more productive with my week and also avoid any unwanted snacks or last minute panic eating because I get too hungry haha! .
