Give or take a few years. Picture on the LEFT was me every weekend.

All I cared about was partying, drinking and eating junk when weekends came around. All it brought me was health problems, broken relationships and missed opportunities. I was going no where FAST.

Pic on the right is 10 years later after I decided enough was enough and turned it all around. I made a choice to live a healthy life and I’ve never looked back 💯

We all have a choice no matter what point in life we are to turn things around for the better. Have faith in yourself. I believe in you 🙌

This is a good upper body stretching exercise, especially for achieving full range of motion in the shoulder. Also a progression exercise when training for the popular back-lever lever strength hold.
