  • Don't do bullshit cardio!!!! There is so much movement that you can practice and learn something new through play so why bother with a boring cardio... Yesterday I simply juggled a football for about 45min in my room and it was simply awesome! So go out there and try some juggling or tennis ball boxing, play football or basketball, go on a trampoline, go swimming or dancing and simply move!!!! πŸ˜‰πŸ’―πŸ‘

  • Some proper form pike pushups! πŸ’ͺ Often people think this is an easy variation but in comparison to wide banana handstand pushups this is much more demanding (in terms of strength not balance). Things to have in mind are CLOSE grip (wide grip will help you with the human flag but NOT for hspu or planche!), depressed & protracted scapulae position and also posterior pelvic tilt!!!! Do this one correctly and you will see amazing benefits not only in hspu but also in planche...
