Never tried CrossFit?  No problems.  I love being able to introduce this great sport to newbies daily here at @crossfitwanderlust_bali  I saw @katiejean_health was here in Bali and asked her to come in and give it a go!  Of course it’s new, weird, hard, sweaty and challenging but she absolutely loved it and did great 👍 .  She might of even said she’s gonna give it a whack when she gets back home!  Introduce it into her style of training here and there!  Proud coach moment!  She jumped in and tackled a massive WOD we did yesterday! 
CrossFit doesn’t have to be scary. It’s not all Snatches and Muscle Ups 😳🔥. We pride ourselves on teaching the fundamentals, the basics to get you to were you wanna be.  Fitter, stronger, leaner/ bigger, healthy and happy. 🤘🤘👌👌🏋🏼‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️
